1 hour and 40 minute wait for a simple appointment. Only apologized when I asked if the typical protocol is to have 2 year old patients in the waiting room for almost 2 hours. Maybe a good doctor but not worth the wait.
Dr. Mudd has worked with my son since he was a newborn. She is so amazing! she is easy to talk too. goes out of her way to make appointments for my son. & being a single mother & teen mother she doesn’t judge me, like alot of the other doctors did! she is amazing!!!! & Aydan my son loves her too!
Dr. Mudd had her work cut out for her with my son’s case. He required an extensive tympanoplasty on one ear and a patch on the other. We saw 1 doctor that told us the surgery was too extensive, 1 doctor who had total lack of empathy and then found Dr. Mudd who seemed like an angel. Not only did she immediately seem to calm our nerves from the start, but she handled his situation with so much care and knowledge.
