Unfortunately Pam & her staff are more concerned with going on vacation then taking care of people that depend on medication for their daily lives. The lack of concern about not refilling my meds in a timely fashion is utterly disgraceful. Peoples lives are affected but Pam and her staff have no sympathy.
Been good for many years but recently the office has refused to return any of the dozen messages I've left. I frequently call and no one answers the phone. I've been unable to refill my meds for several weeks and my mental health is being negatively affected to the point of causing concern. I dont know what happened but they dont seem to care about helping people anymore.
Pam has been my "person", my confidante, and my Doctor for many years. She's seen the good, bad, and ugly without judgment. Often times one little suggestion from her resonates with me and is incorporated into my daily routine. Pam has managed my meds effectively with a few tweaks along our journey.
