This dealership has been the worst experience I’ve had in 35 years of leasing new cars. I recently leased a brand-new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Hybrid from them. After just a few days of driving, I noticed a serious issue with the air conditioning—it doesn’t cool the car properly, even when it’s on full blast. I AM WITH EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS, I HAVE A 2021 DODGE PROMASTER, THEY REPAIRED A CYLINDER HEAD GASKET SEVERAL MONTHS AGO FOR 6K AND NOW 7/2025 THE SAME PROBLEM HAS CAME BACK AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY 4K TO TEAR IT DOWN TO SEE WHAT IS THE PROBLEM. THIS IS CRAZY. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEIR WORKMANSHIP IS TERRIBLE. THEY DO NOT WANT TO WARRANTY THE WORK. LONG SHARKS AT IT BEST.
I purchased my Jeep from out of state, so I expected the process to take a little longer — but not this long. har a quote to repair my truck and whe i piched up my truck the bill was $350 more than the written quote. the service writer megan lied to me about the price. how can you give a guote that you agree with and then get charged more when you pick up your truck . never again will i have work done at this place or buy a car there .they are crooks
Simply put this place sucks. They lie about what repairs are needed, staff is rude. Technician don’t know how to diagnose properly. Over all the worst place to take your vehicle.
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had a very mixed experience. Let’s start with the positives — Alexis was AWESOME. She kept it very real — no fake sales pitch, no pressure — and I really appreciated that in a salesperson. I genuinely enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to absolutely anyone. Do not trust Bobby and Patrick to discuss the deal openly. I paid cash for my Jeep and was surprised when they charged for 2 years of Paint & Interior Protection 7/3/2027 $499.00, 2 years of Traceable Theft Protection 7/3/2027 $399.00, and 2 years of LoJack (GPS) 7/3/2027 $699.00. The terms of these were not discussed. I have my own insurance and do not need them. This was not represented in the advertised price of the vehicle. This is their way of making money for nothing. Aeromis, service advisor, who assisted me with my Fiat repair worked hard to ensure my Fiat was fixed properly by communicating my needs to the mechanic. They helped fix my daytime running light with a replacement part with corresponding wire. Now, my car is running properly now. Thank you!
