I brought my jeep wrangler to service because my check engine light turned on. The service writer Nick attempted to double dip by charging me $175 which I'm assuming is labor, and going through the factory for a RECALL that has been published through chrysler since 2017. I asked him multiple times to verify that it should be covered he told me NO until I told him exactly the code it fell under. He then tried to tell me it just posted as a recall. I wonder how many people he has done this same thing to?
The staff at Pamby Auto Body is the best! I had an issue with my tires and they helped me in a pinch. They always go above and beyond to help out and I highly recommend them!
When they say they did a full diagnosis on the vehicle do they really mean it??? 3 sensors and Cats replaced. Did they even check the plugs which should be the easiest and quckiest thing to do first?
I called this dealership to service my new wrangler under warranty and because I didn't purchase the car from them they would not service it. How incredibly short minded of them. This is my 3rd jeep and I plan to buy more but clearly never from this dealership.

Shout out to tom and his crew at pamby Auto body! They took my truck from the neglected mess that it was with a dirty interior, scratches all around it , and some dents and turned it into show room condition! They removed every dent , every scratch , and removed every particle of dirt out of the inside of the truck. I am thoroughly impressed with there work !
