Unfortunately very poor dealersip - they will lie to your face despite knowing all the facts. I attempted to have my Jeep repaired when it was under warranty but they said for two years that the parts are in backorder. I escalated to Jeep corporate and after a maze of phone transfers, case managers and "repair order" paperwork and I was told the dealership never even ordered the parts so corporate can do nothing. So they never intended to repair the vehicle in the first place. Highly advise to go some where else.

I have been buying vehicles for 35 years. This is the most vile dealership on the planet. Do not buy your vehicle at Pamby

I went to Pamby with a couple of important issues with my brand-new Grand Cherokee 4xe Summit. They couldn't properly diagnose the problems, or perhaps just didn't want to. The person at the front desk insulted my intelligence giving me some BS and let me go. I have never experienced such poor service from any dealership in the past. I didn’t give up and decided to try Bedford Jeep instead. They took the time to thoroughly test the car and were able to resolve the issues. I took my wheelchair conversion van in there the door that slides in the side came off the hinge. I had to have it towed in there and they said they couldn't work on it because it was a conversion van. It was the door that was off the hinge had nothing to do with the conversion part of the van. I was kind of surprised that they didn't work on it because this is who worked on the vehicle prior to me purchasing it IDK 🤷‍♂️♿
