Im thankful to actually feel like Im starting to heal myself & to give myself some Grace. Although alot of ppl ( all my 4 sisters abandoned & disappointed me). I like that Mrs Lyons holds me accountable & gives me assignment to work on & we go over them in our session. The tools she gives me is helping my anxiety.
Dr. Lyons is the best therapist I have ever had. I was a total mess when I started my sessions. Her approach and step by step process allowed me to view things differently and understand that a lot of situations we grow up in are not normal.
