All I wanted was a simple foil! That’s it. This was literally the worst experience and to top it off, it cost me $170! Yep, and was fixed twice. Still not happy. Alan was very nice, but I would never allow anyone to walk out or less pay for the horrendous job that was done. Literally a simple foil. I ended up with weird spots, vertical streaks, dark streaks, awful!! Will never go back and never recommend. Oh, and I have to spend even more money to get someone to fix this.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I love my new haircut! Anna was the best. I just moved to Longview, so I was a bit nervous using a new salon. Anna listened to what I wanted, gave suggestions and eased my anxiety. I would definitely recommend Pals!
