I cannot say enough good things about PAWS. I raise service dogs for a national non-profit and assist in running a local non-profit visiting comfort animal program. PAWS has always been very encouraging and supportive of my animals and my work. They are responsive and courteous and always seem to be "having a great day at work." I've only been into PAWS a few times as a family member (non-local) handles the majority of my vet care, but when I do go in, they are always friendly and walk me through every step! I'm willing to pay any costs they throw my way as I know I'm getting the same quality care I do with my other veterinarian. Love this place!
Just picked up Daylin, my guide dog puppy in training from her spay. They were amazing the entire process. Because I only foster her I had more paperwork for the spay than a normal client and they were so patient. I will bring every guide dog puppy here for every exam and surgery because I know I am getting the best! Thank you PAWS for taking care of Daylin!
We had a great experience at PAWS! Charlie my one year old kitty decided hair ties were pretty tasty not knowing it would be potentially fatal habit. We took Charlie to the WSU VTH on a Sunday night for radiographs and again on Monday morning. PAWS was available to monitor Charlie over night and perform surgery the next morning before the clinic opened. The surgery was fast and went smoothly! Great service. Brought my dog in because I thought it had hematoma and was expecting surgery. Got there and Dr. Mason assessed otherwise. I appreciated the honest feedback and professional care. My dog is on the road to recovery. Thanks!
I have been a customer since 2008 and i love this vet! All the doctors are amazing and always remember me and my animals. You pay for quality and these guys are phenomenal.
Very clean facility and kind, friendly staff. Got my pup in the same day and did the surgery promptly to fix his cracked nail.
