We love Dr. Mason. He goes above and beyond helping us with our both of our chocolate labs. Daisy is our 13 year old lab she had an exam and shots yesterday. Our tech was fantastic. Dr. Mason asked how the allergies were. Our other lab is allergic to everything. Dr Mason worked diligently with us, never pushy, trying to find a solution for Remington. I finally opted for testing. I boarded my cat at PAWS over Christmas break and was really pleased with the experience. They were very attentive and I felt comfortable leaving my cat with them, and will definitely board with them in the future. :)

I have three dogs that all have unique needs. At PAWS, every member of the staff goes the extra mile to ensure that my pups are comfortable and receiving the highest quality of care at every visit. They function as an efficient and compassionate team and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my animals. Thank you from Timber, Vanellope, and Herbie!

I can’t say enough good things about the doctors at PAWS. I recently had to bring my anxious/naughty cat in for an exam and bloodwork, and Dr Miller did an amazing job working with us to reduce his stress level as much as possible during his visit and get his needs met. Not every cat enjoys coming to the vet, and I’m glad mine has a doctor that’s understanding and supportive!

I love bringing my pets to PAWS! All three of my animals have had the Best experiences even when they are scared. Doctors Miller and Mason are Great and exceptional veterinarians. The customer service Representatives, technicians and TA's are always eager to assist me out to my car and love my pets as I do. Thank you for all your hard work and compassion you give my pets.

I have worked with all 3 doctors at this clinic, they are all so professional and really treat my animals with the best care. Also love that they carry the food my animals need!! highly recommend PAWS!

I'm so glad I took a chance and switched veterinarians. I've had nothing but PAWS-itive 😂 experiences with them. Their lobby and rooms have always been clean and quiet. It's super fast and easy to make our appointments; I was able to make them completely online. They reserve the appointment time just for you- I have a hyper-social dog who cannot come in contact with other dogs, so not having to worry about that is a must. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about both Dr. Mason and Dr. Miller! I have trusted them with caring for my three cats since moving to Pullman. They are patient, kind, and go above and beyond to care for their patients and their clients! I also really appreciate how much effort their put into educating clients, as they have helped guide me toward the absolute best care for my furry family. Additionally the staff at PAWS is warm and welcoming and make me feel comfortable and taken care of whenever I go there!
