Building manager is horrible! – I lived in these apartments for over a year. The building itself is ok, however it is very poorly insulated so be prepared to hear the people above and next to you talking and walking around. I could hear the people in the unit above me using the bathroom, flushing the toilet, and closing doors and cabinets. When I was moving out, David, the manager asked if I could leave a week early to accommodate a new tenant who wanted to move in right away.
