The one Dr appointment my mother looked forward to because she loved the staff so much. They are hilarious, thoughtful, thorough and informative. We are gonna miss not seeing all those beautiful faces

I am a former patient at Pomorado woundcare. I left Poway 17 months ago for Corpus Christi Tx. As far as my continuous woundcare needs, this move was a huge mistake. I have found that the 2 different wound care clinics I have been to, they care nothing about the patient, cleanliness, professionalism or anything else like I was used to at Pomorado wound care (Poway). Absolutely terrible. Went to the emergency room over the weekend and was told to go to wound clinic anytime to have my foot checked. I get there and was told I needed an appointment and they didn’t have one until next week. I explained to Vivian that I am a diabetic with an open foot wound and she said “oh well” and that I should go back to the er. Awful, just awful.
