We have lived here for almost 18 years. We love the area and our apartment. There are fun activities available and we feel safe here.
This is a great place to live. It is in a very nice area with a lot of restaurants and stores just down the street. The office staff is also very friendly and quick to respond.
Great place to live I would recommend it to anyone that is moving to the Orange County Lake Forest Area! They are very nice and great people! Dog 🐕 and cat 🐱 friendly!! We lived there two years and had zero issues!! If we every go back that is the first place I will take my business and my family! We lived in a spaces 3 bedroom!! Thanks everyone at Paloma for making our living experience the best!! “The McGee’s”
Joy & Kim are the best! Hanging out poolside on a perfect California day! The lease office hosted a great brunch! This complex is very nice, with all the amenities you could ask for - the location is superb - best place in foothill ranch
Kim and joy held a community pool function with brunch and mimosas by the pool. The staff here is phenomenal and all inclusive. Deff felt a family vibe and everyone got along and was having a laugh.
I love this condominium , Maintenance on time, good events/parties, really friendly staff Joy, Kim and Chris for sure
