Was told by a service guy from this company that the unit needs to be washed at a car wash. That is the absolute worst thing you can do. He came out charged us 105 dollars changed out the air filter, said he rinsed the back unit in the backyard hose with water, although our hose did not looked moved. Our air conditioner is now hotter then its ever been. Would highly recommend not to ever call this company.
