Hands down, the best drop in expirenece I've ever had. Coaches were extremely welcoming and embracing. Great community and facility. Highly recommend dropping in when in Canyon.
Just started coming here and I already love it. The community is wonderful, the workouts are intense, and the coaches ensure that you're doing the movements right while pushing you to be your best.
Everyone here is so encouraging, and challenges me to get fit again!
The reason why I fell in love with this facility was because of the culture that has been created by the passion of each member and how they motivate and push you to be your best! The health and fitness industry needs to take a huge lesson out of PDCF BOOK! Thank you for inspiring others and being a leader in life change!
