Dropped in for open workout 19.4, from the moment I walked in I felt like I had been a member there for years. Great community and I think everyone there went out of their way to introduce me themselves and make me feel welcomed. If your ever in the area I highly recommend a drop in!!
Such an amazing place!! I love how everyone is very welcoming and helpful! I’ve never done any type of lifting let alone any type of CrossFit experience! These guys really go out of there way to help you step by step through every movement! I highly recommend it experience or no experience these guys are great! I’m always excited to go back ready for the next workout!
