Beautiful state park. Bring lots of water, sunscreen, hat and have a good map with you. So many beautiful things to see. The Texas Musical was also very good. We will plan to return!
I think is a nice place to visit with fam. We have a lot fun. And great food we are planing to come back.
This was such an amazing experience! I'm glad there were gift, food, and gas stops. It definetly helped us a lot with all the walking we did. We will definitely be going back!
This park is a true Texas treasure! We camped in our RV in the recently revamped Juniper Loop and loved our visit. One of the best things we did was sign up for a guided tour with the Park Interpreter (Jeff). He is a wealth of information on the history of the area, the contributions of the CCC, the geology and wildlife of the canyon, and was very knowledgeable on the many hiking trails found in the park. We also loved the musical "Texas". We will be returning to this wonderful park!
Absolutely love the Palo Duro Canyon! We just used the Tasajillo Pavilion for our wedding this past weekend and it worked perfectly! Simply gorgeous!
Awsome place... very good for hiking... lots of trails... if possible do stay in cabin in the park... we could not... the sky is amazing at night. Do not miss musical play Texas!!!!
Beautiful. Worth the side trip coming through. Going to do the Horseback riding next time.
