I have been going to the Palo Alto Eye Group for years. Dr. Robert Kule is very competent, and has excellent “Chair-Side manners”. The office staff on the other hand keeps dropping the ball. I called to confirm my appointment which had a written reminder, but was told that it was “tentative” and had to be rescheduled. The day before this re-scheduled appointment I got a confirmation, but then late that evening “Isabel” realized that she failed to get the required insurance authorization. RecommendedDr. Kule is awesome and his office staff are super friendly and informative. Dr is kind and blunt (in a good way) highly recommend this ophthalmologist!
