I have been going to the Palo Alto Eye Group for years. Dr. Robert Kule is very competent, and has excellent “Chair-Side manners”. The office staff on the other hand keeps dropping the ball. I called to confirm my appointment which had a written reminder, but was told that it was “tentative” and had to be rescheduled.
