I had an exceptional visit to Palo Alto Central Dental! From the moment I walked in, Sasha at the front desk was welcoming and efficient. The office itself is spotless, centrally located in Palo Alto, and has super easy parking—a huge plus. I was assisted by Maryam this time (and Ori on my previous visit), and both were professional and attentive. The entire staff wears proper PPE, and the chairs and equipment are impeccably clean. After becoming a patient at Palo Alto Central Dental, I wanted to thank the staff there for making my experience with dentistry a positive one. The staff’s detail of care and compassion has quite literally reversed my horrible experiences at other dentist locations. I would also like to praise the doctors for continuously being upfront with my dental health and having patience with my constant questions. The practitioner is not careful at all 💀 when my teeth get cleaned, I feel like I'm treated as a dead body, the practitioner is digging my teeth together with talking and looking at others!!!!??? 👿After the super painful and brutal experience, I complained to the manager, the manager is not respectful at all and charge me that I didn't communicate effectively in front or in between that I want to be treated with carefulness, and the manager was trying to say it's not the practitioner initiated the talk and they are discuss... read more
My wife had a very bad experience here where the dental assistant who cleaned her teeth did a very poor job, wasn't paying attention, and caused a lot of pain. When she brought that up to the manager, she was treated rudely and her concerns were dismissed. That's not the right way to run a dental practice.
