I am so done with this apartment and the property management company (parawest management). I’ve been a resident for 12 months. First strike during Harvey I evacuated and they insisted I figured out a way to get my money back to Houston on time. - I have lived in these apartments for a year because the contract obligates me and I do not want anyone else to commit the same mistake. I just do not recommend it. The administration is terrible, the girls treat you well when you go to rent but once the contract is done, there is no kind of consideration for the client.
