3 years on. My appointments keep getting changed and always puts me 30 days from my appointment date and I mean like 1 or 2 cancellations for each appointment. I can hardly ever see the same doctor twice. Even when I just make an appointment knowing that it's going to be canceled and hoping I get one within 90 days I still can't see the same doctor I'm just giving up old Chiefland. I have been a patient there for about 20 years. I am very happy with my care. I rarely have to wait.
After being Abandoned in an exam room at the end of the day, finding only cleaning and office staff left in the building, I left Palms Medical Group several years ago. I returned after retiring hoping to find a positive change. But on my second visit, after confirming my appointment by return text the day prior to my visit, my Doctor was not there and just a simple prior notice would have been nice and saved me a lot of driving.
