I initially had some communication issues with the front office. Very disappointing experience with the front office. I was charged for a missed appointment that I was never properly notified about (no email or voicemail received). When I tried to clarify, the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. This raises serious concerns about how appointments and patient communication are handled.

I would give this clinic zero if available. My rheumatologist used to practise at this clinic and moved locations. we completed the patient records transfer to my new clinic 3 times to no avail. In December 2025 was the first time where one employee upon my request made a usb copy and told me to pick it up for the fee of $20. Later that day a man I am assuming was the manager called me before I could pick the usb up, and said I cannot have the records but must go send another request through my family physician. We’ve been patients for a few years now, and we absolutely love working with Dr. Haneen. She’s incredibly thorough and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand.
