I lived at the Palms for 3 years. I loved it originally because of the big master bedroom and the 10ft porch, as well as because they accepted any breed and weight and my dog is 100lbs. I was very happy there for the first two years, but during the last year we had a problem with the latch on our gate. It was broken and needed to be fixed. I have lived here 4 years. I am in my 50's . I have lived in lots of apartments. These are the best ever. They are wonderful. Quiet, clean, and animals are allowed. The best part is no hassles :) and if you call with a maintenacne issue they are here in 20 minutes everytime.

I lived there in 2011 and my place was okay but I had roaches when I moved in. I think they could have done more other then spray once a month .
The Palms @ 713 E Sahara Ave. I want to first say your apartment is your home and your responsibility, but when it comes to things that need to be tooken care of, they place a bandaid on the issue. They charge a fee for late payments but this is a monthly so stay on top of the bills. nice location, not far from the strip. If you move to vegas and like a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom place The Palms on E Sahara Ave is a ok place.
Great Office Staff The area might not be well but its literally on the inside that counts. Spacious condos from such a affordable price with your own gated patio that you can lock and be in your own sanctuary. Also Tonja the office manager is so amazing. We have been here for 2 years and now she's introduced to my newborn , she's kind of like family now ??
