I loved it but the rent constantly increased every year. Every time to renew your lease it just kept skyrocketing. And the senior citizens that live there are becoming rent poor, social security doesn't increase so some of them are doing without just to pay rent
Since first week living there I had drug dealers next door I had my feeling wet and falling once even got my bed wet because it rain so much all of the windows sleep so I can imagine how much mildew is built in behind the walls and rats running all over the place and when you do move out take pictures and video tape everything they tried charging me $1,000 for a carpet that was wet from the ceiling they are legalized thieves, of these charges because I left a month early I paid the rent I wasn't in the apartment for a whole ... read more
Very nice staff and property. Very well maintained and fun community events.
Malibu Palms has a phenomenal staff who not only cares but goes the extra mile for their residents! It's a great place to live!
