2 months of sitting in shop $3500 later and 3 weeks after getting it back its on the side of the road again cause they used an old screw and stripped it and going down the road it broke off left me stranded again 🤦

RecommendedTook my Jeep renegade in to have the housing of my water pump replaced. The project was too large for my husband to take on by himself & we already ordered the part from the Jeep dealership and they kindly let us use that exact part. Took it in Thursday and had it back by the next day. Excellent service and kind people. I feel like the pricing is fair. I’d 100% bring my car back here if need be.

These professionals do great work and they do it quickly to get you back on the road! But that’s not the best thing that they offer! My husband and I are new to Sumter and have been very pleased with all the service that we have received from Palmetto Tire and Auto. They just checked my tires for possible punctures, adjusted the tire pressure to the correct leave, educated me on where to look for the correct tire pressure from my vehicle, let me know about the wear on my front tires and the estimated time to replace so that I can work that cost into my budget, and their customer service was kind and respectful and there was no charge!
