Definitely 5 Star! My house started getting hot today and soon it was 80 degrees inside and 81 outside. I called Palmetto Systems because we have a Lennox air conditioner. The owner himself answered the phone and told me he would be herewithin one hour. He came and within 15 minutes had myair working again. He was such a nice, efficient man and he definitely kept his word. I told him I would call him whenI need help again. First rate servicd!
