I went through the uhaul website and reserved a van for 3 days at 19.95 a day and 49 cents a mile. When they had gotten my reservation completed they had me picking up my "van" from this place. I called to confirm with this place and the owner said they had me set up with a 14 foot truck which is 29.95 a day and 79 cents a mile. When I had told him I had reserved a van not a box truck, he became very rude and told me that Uhaul has never rented vans before or the pick up trucks.
