Staff have really really poor attitude including the staff manager. Not sure what the Dr is like, I don't have the patience to deal with toxic and hateful clinical staff. Reading the reviews seems like the same hateful lady is still there over the last 8 years, and her name is Tish.

Palmetto Spine and Pain Care Consultants is the best doctors office that I have been to in Myrtle Beach. The staff and Dr. Boatwright has gone way out of the way to make me feel like family and so comfortable everytime I have been in the office. Thank yall so much for for treating people with respect and going out of your way to help people. I thank God for these people.
Best PAIN/SPINE CARE treatment in this area. Patients come from NC to be treated by him. I've been a patient of Dr Boatwright since the early 2000s. He's moved to approximately 4 different offices. His staff is amazing. He provides not only top level treatment, he REALLY cares. He's eager to answer questions. He does injections,as well as sending one to PT,if needed. Dr.Boatwright and his staff are amazing! They are great caring people! I was having trouble getting into an office in the area and my referral was taken very seriously and in a quick manor. They care about their patients and their care. After every injection and treatment, I get a call asking how I am feeling the next day from Dr.Boatwrights clinic nurse. They always make sure I am taken care of! So thankful for them!
