What a horrible experience. I booked an appointment online after seeing multiple time slots available. I drove over an hour to get there, only to find another person sitting in the waiting area who had also booked the exact same time as me. The staff member came out, admitted there was only one appointment available, and handed me the phone to speak with the owner. Great place for a good massage, but be sure to specify the level of massage intensity.
Staff is extremely nice, and the massages are amazing. I reached out the day of, and they were able to accommodate a 90 minute massage which is a must. Love coming here
