I was straight out lied to by both Frank and Smitty in the service department, Frank even went as far to tell me " basically if you didn't buy from us, then you are not our priority". If it is warranty work and they are not making much money off of it, you will be continually slid to the bottom of the list even if you are already in the service loop; which is exactly what they did to me!. Ross, Frank, and Susie are always happy to assist my staff and I on whatever needs we may need. Palmetto RV is the best in the business! We use them for corporate needs, and they are always, always professional and responsive. All the RV's come clean and perfect. It is always a pleasure working with their staff as they are very knowledgeable, and they have great customer service. Look forward to working with yall again
This place is a joke. I talked to Mark twice within a week to see if we were able to sell them our travel trailer. He told me "Oh yeah, bring it on in, anytime." So after picking it up from storage facility, bringing it home to clean it out and driving the 40 minutes to get the place they tell me they "just bought some units and don't have the space for our, sorry." SORRY does not help that we just wasted 1/2 a day to be lied to. What idiots.
We purchased a motor home from Mike and Ross. They were great at finding us what we wanted and helping us make it right for our needs.
I have bought three 5th wheels and one boat over the past 5 years. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Customer service is outstanding!
About two months ago my wife and I Bought a Boat from Ross And could not be happier with the communication and follow up . He called me weekly on the status of my title and to see if we were happy with our boat and service ..! Did not know they sold motorhomes and now my wife wants one of those too ! So looks like I'll be back to see Ross and the crew this summer ! Thx Guys
This is the worst company I've ever done business with. I purchased a boat from them over a month ago and they still have not sent me title or paperwork to register the boat. They do not even have the professional courtesy to call me and tell me what is going on. I have to call them once a week and be lied to and treated with attitude. I called today to ask where the paperwork was and was hung up on twice by Ross in Sales. I would NEVER do business with this company!!! They are rude, unorganized, and unprofessional.
