Told things would be done and none of it happening.... not reliable.
My wife and I went and met with Harry who quickly advised us that what we wanted in a boat was a Bass Tracker Classic that is fully equipped easy to launch and maneuver. Has all I need for fishing and boating. Zach helped make financing and titling pain free. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Palmetto Marine
Terrible customer service and the customer has to inspect every repair to make sure it’s done correctly. We were told the RV was repaired and ready several times before it was! Each time we had to point out a mistake or an oversight. It took them 6 days after it was “ready” for it to be done correctly. Ridiculous!
Run a honest business and back up Service provided..
We purchased a new camper from Palmetto RV in Moncks Corner. Believe this ,WE SHOPPED! We even got caught in the snow around Rock HILL (not fake news).Palmetto RV worked with us in the most professional manner during the very trying shopping process. We took delivery yesterday with zeo issues. We dealt with no less than five of their employees during the delivery process. We looked for 6 months for a pontoon boat. price and brand names about the same every where but friendly customer service was only found here at Palmetto RV and Marine. The owner only wanted to make us happy and we got everything that was promised no sales talk just straight up the best place to go for your RV and Marine needs. I purchased a 08 Fleetwood Discovery 40X class A diesel pusher from Palmetto RV and Marine in July of 2018.
