My previous review spoke highly of the Sales guys. That hasn't changed. They are the best ! Beyond that, it has been a nightmare trying to work with the Service Dept. Absolutely the worst service experience I've had in years. I pushed the problem to upper mgmnt with no success. No follow up. Manager M.R. hasn't returned my call from yesterday. I recently bought a new 2021 RV from Campers Inn Kings Mountain, NC and the sales experience was dreadful. From the promises on delivery of the RV not being met, to the lack of communication on when the RV would be delivered, to the poor experience with the service department when we scheduled installation of a hitch 14 days prior to pick up only to be delayed when they called the day before telling us they did not have the hitch in stock and didn't order it to the actual pick up day when they prepped the wrong RV and tried ... read more
RecommendedGiGi is a great sales woman! Zero issues from beginning to end, super timely response and great communication. Bubba the service tech is awesome!!! He worked so hard getting our set up completed even with a few issues with the hitch he made sure we were taken care of and satisfied! Super friendly and helped us with all the information we needed and questions we had. Definitely would recommend!

RecommendedWe bought a new class C motorhome this week from this Camper's Inn in Selma, NC. We had a fabulous buying experience. Tommy was a super salesman. After we got it home we could not get the propane furnace to work. After my husband unsuccessfully tried everything he could to make it work, he called and left a message for a technician to call him back so they could troubleshoot the furnace.
