Wonderful Company
Our modem went out on a Saturday night while we were renting a movie. We called the after hours customer service. The guy on the phone was sincere and polite, however his trouble shooting was incorrect. (He said it was our DSL cable. ) On Monday, we had a serviceman come by 10AM. I wish I caught his name because he was great! He replaced the modem, checked all the tvs and even played with the pups! Thanks so much!
