I have never had any major problems with PRTC. Any small problems we've had have always been handled in a very timely and professional manner. They have always gone above and beyond. We had a repairman here Saturday and he had to come back today (our fault). Jamie. Very professional. You couldn't ask for better. Thanks PRTC!!
