how about having something to watch for what you cost, instead i have to buy programming off internet sites to not watch rerun after rerun, or sports, shopping shows.
because I went with fiber crap and I can't even use my home phone , internet comes and goes, TV same and I changed thinking of course you wouldn't go up to a outrageous price after 6 months?? Nothing worth paying that kind of money for and having to contact everyone to call my cell hmm. I am not paying for you to come out and say it's on me because it was working fine before I changed so go figure?? 😡😡
Customer service needs a better director. No service on holidays if something happens. Terrible
I am trying to pay my bill...website down...I have been on the hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes I got to #2 and the system kicked me back to #21...I'm now #3...today is the last day to make a payment and I cant do that because of the system so I'm sure I'll be charged a reconnection fee...bad business
So thanks for the fiber optic lines, my internet no longer works at a speed that is acceptable on any level and I work from home....now you want me to upgrade my plan and pay more money? Really? Because 70 dollars a month isn't ridiculous enough for phone and Internet ? And since I know several people who have upgraded to the highest plan available and still have the same problem that is not a viable excuse. THey just gave up complaining because it gets them nowhere. I'm had to use my cellular data plan to get this message o... read more

RecommendedI have never had any major problems with PRTC. Any small problems we've had have always been handled in a very timely and professional manner. They have always gone above and beyond. We had a repairman here Saturday and he had to come back today (our fault). Jamie. Very professional. You couldn't ask for better. Thanks PRTC!!
