our internet went out yesterday was told we would have a tech. had to call this am at 9, was told a tech would call asap.well its about 12 and no call.

I can't comment on how well they are as a local internet provider, but as a main back haul provider for our community broadband in Orangeburg they are terrible.
Today our internet and cable went out at about 1145. I called tech support, Kenneth was very nice and helpful. He asked me several questions about the routers and we figured out the problem, which was resolved less than a hour later. So thankful for you guys quick response!

these people dont even have service in my area yet they piss away money advertising on fb ,,, not someone I would do business with

Customer service is top-notch. The few problems I've had (and I have tv, phone, internet and security camera systems with them) have been minor, but on the rare occasion I've had an issue that wasn't easily solved, they don't give up until the job is done!
