If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the time you walk in the door til the time you leave you are treated like a star. At the age of 46 I had some stubborn fat areas on my outter thighs that would not go away no matter what I did. I had the Laser Lipo performed by Dr. Gupta and it is GONE! Could not be happier with my results!!!

I finally decided at 45 that I needed to get serious about skincare, and I have been getting regular Microdermabrasion facials at Palmetto Rejuvenations since October. Misty is fantastic and it's a great experience every time! It has made such a difference in my skin. The office is beautiful and clean and it is so wonderful to be able to access treatments and procedures that were previously only available in Columbia or Charleston. So glad y'all are here!
