This is NOT a Military Friendly community like they claim to be. They will milk you out of your money, and not return fees. I had paid for fees up front before arriving to Shaw AFB.. and was then diverted to a different station about 2 months out. I explained to them the situation.. due to the fault of the military.. but they refused to return ANY of the dues and fees even with months notice... MILITARY BEWARE!
