If ya had a zero, I would put that. Their phone system stinks. Rude people. Had to call 6 times to get hung up on.
The absolute worst office experience of my life. The doctor I saw was phenomenal. The office administration and billing is the worst I have ever seen. The front desk staff is so rude and unprofessional, and that is the ten percent of the time they actually answer the phone. When I asked about why I could never get through to someone on the phone I was point blank told that if the staff feels like they’re too busy or understaffed they just don’t answer the phones. I recently moved, but I tried to keep my doctor. The drive is 2.5 hours, but i really like my doctor. I waited 2 months for a prescription refill appointment, but when I showed up, they told me I was in the wrong office. It could be my mistake, but I’m almost positive I added the appointment to my calendar from the automated email. I rushed across town to get to this location. The five stars I give for the services of Ms Caroline Yerich. She is an excellent practitioner very sweet and compassionate. I have made appointments for several family members to become established patients. She’s amazing in my book.
