The five stars I give for the services of Ms Caroline Yerich. She is an excellent practitioner very sweet and compassionate. I have made appointments for several family members to become established patients. She’s amazing in my book.
No attitude just friendly people
Caroline Yerich is the most rude and unprofessional individual I’ve ever met. I’ve been a patient of Casey/Candice for a while and I’ve never had any issues with them. She was dismissive and condescending for the entire 12 minutes I spoke to her during my appointment. If I ever need another appointment and she’s the only one with availability, I will honestly transfer to a different provider all together. Look at these reviews. Everyone loves their doctor but is giving this place a 1 star. That’s how bad the logistics of it is. You cannot get anyone on the phone. The calls go to a voicemail all times of the day. No returned calls. Mixups constantly. Dr. Hogue is fantastic but I will never go back to this place.
Rashida at the front desk is very kind, friendly, and helpful. In fact, she is the patient whisperer:) She gave me some good advice as well. I have been pretty concerned about some medication issues but after talking to Rashida I feel much better. BTW-Please remember to be kind to the front desk staff at any office or business. They are juggling so much, in the front and behind the scenes, to help you and many others at the same time. Rashida will take wonderful care of you if you need help. Sincerely, Anna
