Rashida at the front desk is very kind, friendly, and helpful. In fact, she is the patient whisperer:) She gave me some good advice as well. I have been pretty concerned about some medication issues but after talking to Rashida I feel much better. BTW-Please remember to be kind to the front desk staff at any office or business. They are juggling so much, in the front and behind the scenes, to help you and many others at the same time. Rashida will take wonderful care of you if you need help. Sincerely, Anna
Caroline Yerich is wonderful with her patients! The main concern is the staff answering the phones... not sure who she is however she ALWAYS seems to be in a mood and have an attitude. I would call to set an appointment and it seems like she's annoyed that I called 🤷♀️... hopefully something will change with the staff if not they will lose patients and that's not fair to the providers of the office!
I have been going to PPCP for almost 20 years now. What I love about this particular office and Dr. Sanchez is that you don't feel the "corporate" feel. Everyone in the office is always so friendly, Dr. Sanchez never seems rushed and is always eager to answer any questions / concerns. I also appreciate that they are quick to answer any questions /requests on the patient portal and I've never had any issues with Insurance / billing. Highly recommend this wonderful office!
Caroline is the best!!! However I am constantly having problems with getting refills!!!!! Over a week ago I put in a request for refill and my pharmacy contacted me today saying they have yet to hear from them!!! Meanwhile my headaches from an accident are constant. They need to look into whoever is handling refill request and find out why it’s a problem!
I have been seeing Amanda Sanchez for YEARS and I love her to death but, the people that work at the front desk are horrible. I have an issue every time I call to make an appointment. The women who answer the phone are some of the rudest people I have dealt with. You can never make an appointment when you are sick, unless you schedule a follow up appointment when you leave the office the day you are seen....good luck getting an appointment. Stay far away from them.
