I have been going to PPCP for almost 20 years now. What I love about this particular office and Dr. Sanchez is that you don't feel the "corporate" feel. Everyone in the office is always so friendly, Dr. Sanchez never seems rushed and is always eager to answer any questions / concerns. I also appreciate that they are quick to answer any questions /requests on the patient portal and I've never had any issues with Insurance / billing. Highly recommend this wonderful office!
Caroline is the best!!! However I am constantly having problems with getting refills!!!!! Over a week ago I put in a request for refill and my pharmacy contacted me today saying they have yet to hear from them!!! Meanwhile my headaches from an accident are constant. They need to look into whoever is handling refill request and find out why it’s a problem!
I have been seeing Amanda Sanchez for YEARS and I love her to death but, the people that work at the front desk are horrible. I have an issue every time I call to make an appointment. The women who answer the phone are some of the rudest people I have dealt with. You can never make an appointment when you are sick, unless you schedule a follow up appointment when you leave the office the day you are seen....good luck getting an appointment. Stay far away from them.
For being a physicians office, the staff is always friendly and very well organized. They get you in and out quickly. Being an office where they get you in/out pretty quickly the providers still take ample time to listen to your concerns and needs. The providers do not make you feel rushed! Dr. Caisson Houge is excellent and Candace Jones is amazing!!
