If I could give 0 stars, I would. I recently moved out of this apartment complex early June. I was a tenant for about 3 years, was here when the original owner of the property was here, then J.H.W. became the new management. I always paid my rent early and on time, along with my pet rent for my two dogs. Starting off, I would NEVER recommend someone live here unless you really need to. Ms. Carolyn Allen does a great job as property manager with her limited resources and limited staff. She really keeps this place clean and cares about the people that live here and ensures that we live in a safe and beautiful environment. She's very easy to reach and is always on top of things. If you ask her for anything pertaining to the upkeep of your apartment, she does her due diligence to ensure you have it within at least the next day or the earliest convenience. Th management is so rude lady in the office very disrespectful see why they can’t keep employees or tenants worst apartment complex ever definitely needs new management they don’t fix stuff and grass never seems to stay cut pathetic
