The person in charge of billing is also the office manager and she also works up front when needed which is everyday. She's NEVER at her desk. There's no way to leave a message the phone just keeps ringing. So how are you suppose to ask questions about your bill? This isn't the first incident. The Review I never thought I’d write, but after my experience I absolutely had to. I’ve been coming here since my daughter was born (she’s 2 now!) and today solidified why. From Dr. Leonardi being very kind and patient, to Jordan making the blood draw and shots a breeze and finally a HUGEEE THANK YOU to Taylor!!!! Palmetto Pediatrics is truly a welcome relief in a time when so many doctor’s offices feel rushed, overcrowded, and impossible to get appointments with. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the difference. The nurses remember my children by name and genuinely care for them. My kids absolutely adore the staff, and that says a lot as a parent. Dr Jen and team have been taking wonderful care of my now 16 yrs old baby girl since the day she was born. I absolutely trust them and know they do what's best for her. I wish we didn't have to go when she turns 18 ! Wonderful people!
