My son had the worse experience today at this dentist office. He was told that he was a terrible kid for crying. He was told he was "faking and acting like a baby!" It is sad that people would choose to work in pediatrics and treat children so inappropriately. When I addressed my concern with the dentist, Christy, she stormed out of the room very unprofessionally! They pissed me off because I call all last week to see when my daughter appointment was.. Then I get here and they turn us around because they got the wrong numbers . when I just updated the information last week.. I could of Sap her ass. Then she wanted me to fill out some information.. Very very rude go to my page and see what they done to my son... she not only cussed at my child she also cussed at me and he has marks all over him from them...
I live a hour away from Florence and had an appointment for two children for two weeks. Gave insurance information over the phone not once but twice. Representative name Heather called yesterday to verify insurance at 9:30 am. So I'm on the way with both children at 11am for a 12:15 appointment and Heather calls at 11:07am to tell me that they want an insane amount to see both children because our insurance wasn't ran correctly. Our best Pediatric Dentist experience ever ! The staff was professional and courtesy. Dr. Christy is very informative. Thank you Taylor for making an excellent first impression over the phone when I called to make our new patient appointment!!!
I absolutely love this place. The staff and Dentist are wonderful. My children loved it. Thanks so much for your wonderful service.
Kept my child out of school bc he had to have dental work today(needed sedation)just to get there and the office is closed
