At my visit today they refused my child who’s in pain because a staff member jordanne ardis didn’t agree that I didn’t like the attitude she had with me, so that led to the office manager decided to tell me she and dr lawhon decided to refuse my toddler because I don’t agree with being disrespected by her staff yesterday so now the situation is over. Came across my two kids appointment card for cleanings in July and realized we will be at the beach. So I call to change their appointment. Should only take about 5 minutes right? Oh no. No one answered the phone during regular business hours and I had to listen to the 10 min recording telling me to go online (Facebook) and fill out a request to make an appointment. Really? So I proceeded to FB, fill out the request and later get a voicemail to call the office. Called back still with no answer. I will probably be looking for... read more
