I would avoid this place at any cost. It was a huge waste of time. I followed their procedure and left messages to schedule an appointment I selected different people to try to get someone who would be responsive through their automated phone message system it has been 4 weeks now and I have still yet to receive a call to schedule an appointment. Nothing but great reviews here. Front staff are both kind and courteous, and very funny. Enjoyed our visit with Dr. Bullock, will be back to see him again. Staff in the back are all efficient and nice. I don't understand all the negative reviews, front staff always answered my calls, even if I was placed on hold momentarily. I would HIGHLY recommend the Hwy 14 location in Simpsonville to anyone.
