Tried to make an appointment was told my next exam was in April. Told them I can't wait till April and that my first exam was not completed do to eye issues. Was told they would have to talk with the doctor and would call me right back. 4 days latter still no call
Took my elderly neighbor in because she could not get her contact out. They refused to help her. Told us to go to Greenwood Eye Clinic or ER. They said it was due to holiday bookings. We promised never to return. Horrible customer service
The lady at the deck didn’t seem like she really wanted to help me and was a little rude. But the other lady was really nice and fixed my son’s glasses.
Very patient and kind staff. Mrs. Shelly was very helpful and also patient with trying out contacts, and Mrs. Lenhardt was super informative. Truly amazing people here, highly recommend!!
