RecommendedPromptness, professionalism, good bedside manner, from Dr. McEntire to staff. He took the time to explain the procedure he was about to do. Even though it was a long drive for me to get to the Summit clinic location, it was worth the drive. What also surprised me but made me feel good was that Dr. McEntire remembers treating me in 2014 for dental issues that my regular dentist sent me for. Dr. May's McEntire was wonderful. Very kind and explained everything he was doing. Very nice office staff too. Procedure was painless. Cannot say enough positive things about my experience today. if you have to have a root canal, this is the place to go.
My son recently had a root canal. The entire staff from the receptionists to the dentist were absolutely great and very personable.
I had a root canal today and was eating kettle chips on my way home (on the side that didn't have the root canal). I am still waiting to feel the pain from the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. McEntire; he was very attentive and he explained everything as he was doing it. The staff was very nice and professional.
the staff was pleasant and professional. they made me feel comfortable right away. my procedures were explained clearly and they made sure I understood all of my options. I was nervous going in but during my procedure I was put at ease by the doctor's skill. they genuinely care about their patients and it shows. I highly recommend Palmetto Endodontics!

I have severe anxiety, especially when I go to the dentist. I had to have a root canal and was referred to Dr. Spitz. Very professional at both the consultation and the actual appointment. They made sure I was completely comfortable and checked with me throughout the process. I was in and out in approximately an hour. I highly recommend Dr. Spitz and her group. First time at this facility and I absolutely love it the staff is extremely friendly. I adore April Spitz even tho I was in tears with pain she made me feel very comfortable thank you so much for taking good care of me today!!!
