Everything from booking my appointment to my visit with the doctor was excellent. The staff are friendly.
I had a full body screen for skin cancer. The whole team was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They took their time, closely viewing any areas of possible concern. When they were finished they had frozen 9 small 'pre cancer' areas and sent 1 small area off for a biopsy to be tested. I'm very happy with the whole teams professionalism. I highly recommend Ann and her whole team.
Everyone at the San Marco location is kind, caring, professional, through and patient. I was able to get an appointment within a few days! I highly recommend he and his staff if you need a dermatologist! I can't recommend them enough!
Dr. Smith has an eye for finding places on your skin that need attention. She is always upbeat, smiling and that makes the office visit more comfortable. I always feel confident that she will find everything that needs attention. She is The Best!
We have been going to Dr Miller for several years. He has always been very nice and professional. He takes our concerns seriously and immediately takes care of any problems. As long as he continues to practice, we will continue to visit him. We trust him with all of our skin needs.
He dismissed and disregarded every concern I had about my daughter. Kept saying she just had regular acne and that it was unrelated to other issues she was experiencing. It felt like he was just trying to get out of the room as quickly as possible. Took her to a new dermatologist who immediately noticed it was not normal and we were able to find out that all of her issues, including skin, are autoimmune related. This doctor does not care about his pediatric patients at all.

I’ve been seeing Ann Clemens for years and she always has what I call personal professionalism. This time she was able to examine me on very short notice and reassure me all was well.
