The first person I spoke with on the phone about my toothache was very nice and worked me in quickly. I did not have to wait long at the office to see the dentist and they were able to work me in a couple of days later for a root canal

Dr. Little is so personable and pleasant. Staff are also all very pleasant and friendly. They accommodate whatever you need to feel comfortable. Equipment is up to date. I just love Palmetto Coast Dental.

I moved to Pawleys Island recently and needed my 6 month cleaning. Called Palmetto Coast Dental and was able to get an appointment quickly. The staff was friendly, my hygienist was great, and Dr Little was very professional. I entered a contest they have for a free Zoom treatment and WON. Yesterday I used my prize and it was wonderful. I would encourage anyone who has wanted to try the Zoom treatment to give Dr Little a call. I had a great experience. Thanks 😊

Positive, happy staff. Dr. Little is a really nice guy and doesn't try to replace every filling or fill every tooth! He seems to be a sensible dentist.
