Price gouging. They dont really want business.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I had 3 chimneys to inspect and I repeatedly told the owner they had never been used. When he got to the house he said "these have never been used and they are in great shape." He was in the house about 10 maybe 15 minutes max. He asked what a I thought was a fair price for coming out and I said $50.00 to $75.00. I was told that was not enough and he charged $115.00. He has lost any future business because he ripped me off and he will never get any recommendations from me.
Frank is great! He was very professional and his service was quick. Reasonably priced too
I called and spoke with Frank to inquire about services for a gas fireplace. Though PCS doesn't provide what I was asking about, Frank was so kind to spend time with me on the phone to go through everything I needed to know about my issue and refer me for what kinds of companies provide the service. I can see he is very honest and passionate about what he does. We will certainly call him back again for his services when needed.
Frank and his team are excellent. His estimate on time to complete the work was spot on. He was extremely professional and told me everything I need to know about our 30 year old fireplace and chimney. If you need your fireplace cleaned, inspected, or repaired call these guys.
