This lady is very rude!!! She told the patient that we’re waiting in the lobby that she was busy and she was dealing with something important on the phone! Basically Was telling us that our sick kids aren’t important! It was a line while she was sitting on the phone not trying to take care of us and our children! I’m highly upset about this situation and something needs to be done!
Very nice management, the building looks very clean.
Nearly impossible to get a Lease satisfaction letter. Waiting since May '19. Its now Sept. and Andy , the manager does not respond.
