I came home late in the afternoon Monday evening to a very hot house!! I called this company and spoke with a tech. After a few minutes, the owner called me back and was able to come out to my personally to service my unit. I hate that I had to tear him apart from his family after hours, but I'm very thankful for this bunch! Thanks again, guys! Well done!
As a former employee ive learned alot upper management is very arrogant but the tec Jose took me under his wing sad things didn't work out had to part ways but as a company they do good work very knowledgeable so keep up the good work guys

Built a new house (4507 sq ft) and worked with Trent and Palmetto for HVAC. Moved in 6 mos now and avg power bill has been $150 a month, just got the "hot" June bill with AC @ 73 deg and only $195. Thanks for everything Trent!
