⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazingly friendly company with exceptional service. Kim in the office was super nice and helpful in getting my service scheduled and working with my home warranty company. Trent diagnosed a problem that I believe had been overlooked a couple years ago when another company came out and at least got the system blowing cool until the part came in. I had an issue with my HVAC when installing a Nest unit. I called them and they answered right away and were able to come help me on a holiday. Knew exactly what the problem was as soon as he saw it. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend this company! Trent came out to my house on a Saturday morning and fixed my problem in no time! He even changed my air filter while he was at my house! His attention to detail and his honesty was so appreciated! His card is on my fridge....I will NOT call anyone else!

Our air conditioning went out on a 100 degree day in Leesville. I called Palmetto and they got it working right away. I definitely recommend them!

I can’t say enough good things about palmetto air conditioning, they are outstanding. They provide excellent skilled service. Jason my service technician is an asset to this incredible team. He’s always prompt and very knowledgeable. The owner always goes above and beyond to make sure any issues are resolved and always provides prompt service when needed. I've been with Palmetto Air Conditioning since 2004 and have always had excellent service. I've recently sold my home and was able to replace the AC/HVAC unit with no money down,financed and this helped tremendously. Trent actually drove out to my job to get this in place for me. I'm extremely grateful for the positive experience with a fine company and would highly recommend them! Thank you!

Palmetto Air Conditioning has been a great company to work wtih! When my AC system broke the first opinion was not quite honest with me. I called Palmetto for a second opinion and the owner came out to evaluate everything. He went into the attic, took pictures of what was wrong and came back down to show and explain to me what was broken and what needed to be fixed. I can’t say enough how happy I am with the service from Palmetto! Our technician, Jamie, found our problem within minutes and even gave me tips on how to not let it happen again. Another AC company had come out the day before and couldn’t find the problem. I fully trust Palmetto and their employees. We will only call them in the future!!
